Weekly Photo Challenge: Perspective

Thorncrown Chapel

Thorncrown Chapel is located in northwestern Arkansas about 2.5 miles west of Eureka Springs, Arkansas.  It is a beautiful Chapel built by Jim Reed, a retired school teacher, in 1980.  The design was based on the Prairie School of architecture and was designed by E. Fay Jones, an apprentice to Frank Lloyd Wright.  The chapel has won several awards and in 2000 it was included in the National Register of Historic Places.
