If you had to have your vision corrected would you rather: glasses or contacts? Or what do you use if you need to have your vision corrected?
Wow. I could copy Cee’s answer word for word and it would fit me just perfectly……but I won’t, I’ll write my own.
I would pick glasses, they are just easier. I asked about contacts when I was much younger (at my mother’s request) and the optician said it was not possible because of my astigmatism.
6 to 60 it’s been and always will be glasses.
If you had to describe your day as a traffic sign, what would it be?
Proceed with caution…….detour……lane changes ahead….
And why these signs? Because I make plans with the best of intentions and 80 percent of the time I end up changing them.
Was school easy or difficult for you? How so?
It was both easy and difficult at the same time. But I think mostly easy. I have always loved to learn new things. I always did really well on tests. The difficult times were when I procrastinated on a writing project.
Would you rather take a 1 or 2 week vacation with an organized tour or take a cruise of your choice?
An organized tour? I think not. I need the freedom to roam on my own, to wander, to poke into places, to explore. You can find such interesting things when you just wander around.
Close your eyes. Listen to your body. What part of your body is seeking attention? What is it telling you?
The feet. Make me stop hurting!
Would you rather have a two-bedroom apartment in a big city of your choosing or a mansion in the country side in the state or country where you currently live?
If you had a shelf for your three most special possessions (not including photos, electronic devices and things stored on them, people or animals), what would you put on it?
1. The wedding rings my husband bought.
2. My German grandmother’s dishes.
3. The treasures my hubby and I bought in Asia.
(There is a jar from Mexico and a vase with a Navajo sand painting that were not purchased in Asia)
If you had a box labelled ‘happiness’, what would you put in it?
I have a box. It’s a handmade cedar chest bought in the Ozarks. It’s where we keep our camcorder and ALL the brochures we have collected of our travels for the past 40 years.
I would put hubby and kids in there, but Cee said we can’t put people in in the box.
What do you want more of in your life?
Energy….enough to do all of the things I used to do, clean house the way I want, do the crafty things I used to do and go to work.
