Oatmeal With the Superfood Cinnamon


1/2 cup dry rolled oats

about 1 and 1/4 cup water

1/4 diced apple

15 – 20 raisins

1 teaspoon granulated sugar

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Cook the oats in water with a pinch of salt.  Add all other ingredients.  Stir and enjoy.

It was delicious, it was filling,

And It’s Healthy
