Thanks for this photo Iris. I followed the link under it, expecting it to be a museum. I enjoyed reading the history, and was very surprised it has been operating non-stop since this particular mill was constructed in 1882! I’ve bookmarked the website to check out their healthy looking recipes later. Thanks again. 🙂
